NEW EMPLOYEES- START HERE!Click HERE to download your new employee packet. Inside are your Federal Income Tax Forms, I-9 Employment Verification, Direct Deposit Form, T-Shirt order form and a Getting to Know you Page. Please fill out these documents, print them, and bring them with you on your first day. You'll also need to bring two forms of identification and a blank check for Direct Deposit enrollment. Please don't forget to bring these important forms!

You'll also need to read and review our Company Handbook. Once you've read the whole thing, you'll need to fill out the acknowledgement form that you says you've read our handbook, understand it's contents, and are fully prepared to adhere to our company policies. You can print this handbook for easy reference. Be prepared for a quick quiz over the handbook contents when you arrive for your first day at work.
